I have been looking for the REAL <b>Uncensored Community</b> to join and be able to speak my mind without <b>repercussions</b>, share couple of dirty jokes, or maybe even get involved in unbent political discussion.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving and an annual state convention holding their event in Houston, a local church hosted a free and fun event geared toward welcoming the meeting to the greater Houston area while catering to the community Saturday afternoon.
Gobblefest 08, hosted by The Church at 242, brought games, face painting and other family fun to residents with the help of other community organizations.
The Needham Road Fire Department brought out a truck for children, Save A Dog Rescue brought dogs for children to play with, and special guests including Olympic Divers Nancilea Foster and Laura Wilkinson made appearances.
“We wanted to make this a community event and folks from our church and others in the community came out and had a chance to have fun for the day,” Dennis Parish, senior pastor of the Church at 242 said. “I’m really excited about the turnout; it’s been a great day for us.”
Screams of joy from inflatable castles could be heard amongst the hustle of the festivities including several games for children.
The conference Gobblefest 08 is preceding the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention, Bible Conference 08, a state meeting of 2,500 churches from across Texas to show their support of the organization.
The convention will take place at Houston’s First Baptist Church Nov. 9 and 10.
Parish said over 250 people attended the event that spanned from 2 p.m. to dusk.
Nick Nunez and his son Harley, 5, of Conroe enjoyed the day’s festivities, and said their first experience at Gobblefest 08 was engaging.
“It’s been great for the kids; we’ve had a lot of fun today,” he said. “It’s great for the parents and great for the community to come together like this.” |

I believe it is pretty sick. I am one of those people that are currently without health insurance. This is a direct result of the insurance that is offered to me by my employer. They currently offer Aetna, which for all intent and purposes it is a catastrophic policy. Doctor visits and medications are nearly covered, therefore I would rather save $100 per month instead of giving it to the slimey bastards at Aetna.
I hope that more people will continue to speak up and hold these health insurance conglomerates accountable, or the health of the average American will continue to go down.

Когда наконец мы прибыли к вещунье, ясновидящая неожиданно для нас подошла ко мне с такими серьезными словами: "Ой, девочка, не жить тебе больше единого месяца на земле...". Само собой кроме простой улыбки у меня у меня это уверение не смогло вызвать. Тем временем бабушка продолжила свое невеселое повествование: "Сделали на тебя, деточка
самое тяжелое проклятье - суть твоя уже по правде одной ногой на том свете... и род свой ты не можешь развить из-за той же причины...". На самом деле врачи мне уже более 3 лет назад открыли правду о том, что я бесплодна, тем не менее откуда ясновидица смогла об этом узнать - все-таки я скрывала это в строжайшем секрете и ни кому, ни родителям, ни близким не рискнула рассказать об этом.
После этих страшных слов она нашла какую-то книгу Вуду, открыла её и совершила какой-то ритуал. Потом отвлеклась и уверенно произнесла, что по многовековой традиции необходимо принести жертвоприношение. Я едва услышав о жертвоприношении, решила быстро сдать назад и мы ушли, не доведя до логического завершения сеанс.
Ничего, кроме этого четкого гадалка не не рассказала про дальнейшую мою судьбу - как вы считаете, все-таки нужно ли мне верить ее рассказу? |

The butt joint is the simplest joint to make since it merely involves cutting the members to the appropriate length and butting them together. It is also the weakest because unless some form of reinforcement is used (see below) it relies upon glue alone to hold it together. Because the orientation of the members usually present only end grain to long grain gluing surface, the resulting joint is inherently weak.
The butt joint is a very simple joint to construct. Members are simply docked at the required angle (usually 90В°) and required length. One member will be shorter than the finished size by the thickness of the adjacent member. For enclosed constructions, such as four-sided frames or boxes, the thickness of the two adjacent members must be taken into consideration. For example: when constructing a four sided box made from 19mm thick material that is to be of finished size 600mm x 600mm, two of the members will be I4oTuFskPCc4 docked at 600mm and two will be docked at 600mm - 19mm - 19mm = 562mm. |

I have been looking for a summer villa for almost two years and I had almost given up because the market prices were falling and I was afraid to buy. Having spoken to a lot of people about this (both in the states and in Europe were I travel a lot for work) I found that the Greek islands and in particular the Ionian islands have not had a decrease in prices. And why was this? Because prices were low to begin with and they did not balloon to the rates of other countries such as Spain. In addition, I was thinking about Turkey which is even cheaper but its not as safe as its not in the EU and a muslim country. Looking at the Ionian Islands, Kefalonia and Corfu were already developed and very expensive. However I found that the Islands of Lefkada (Lefkas) was not expensive and it had a number of advantages. Firstly, it is connected to the mainland through a brigde so that there is no need to take a ferry to go anywere on the mainland. Secondly, it has tthe international airport of Aktio 45 minutes away and thirdly and most importantly, there is a very developed market of Villa rentals.
This third factor meant that I could purchase a Villa and pay off my mortgage with the revenue from renting. I calculated that in 5 years I could have paid off all my mortgage and start earning money. From research I did, I calculated that the total revenue for a villa with a pool per year would be from 30 to 40 K after tax and expenses. This means that a villa of 100 sq. meters with a pool near the seafront which in general costs 300K will be paid for in 5 years if you put up front 100K. And from there on, you have an income of 40K to 50K a year after tax (since I calculate that these properties will increase in value as there will be less and less as years go by. In addition, you are left with a villa which in 5 years from now will cost 500K. Not bad at all.
Having checked out the lefkada market, I found this company, www.cratusestates.com which builds villas with high quality materials (they used to build luxury villas in suburbs of Athens) and they gave me the option to pay less for the villa if I bought before construction. I was skeptical at first since I did not know what they built but the contract was very specific with materials and quality of construction and they gave me an almost 20% discount. I was looking to go to Greece for a long time now but never got the chance. Now that the new museum of the Acropolis is open (and I hear that its incredible) I really want to go. But I only have 500 USD to spend and that is only enough for airfare.
I had talked to all my friends about this and they told me to go to Florida instead J. But that would also be expensive and I would not get to see all the ancient stuff in Greece. A month ago, a Greek American friend of mine told me of this incredible deal that is being offered where you get to go with one friend for free to Greece as long as you bring 5 other people each. I though this was a scam and did not believe it but sent a mail anyways to this company, www.vacancestravel.com. They seemed very decent and their clients were very impressive (Harvard, national geographic, the Smithsonian).
When they answer they mentioned this deal as my friend had told me. They actually provide all expenses to 2 persons (in a double room of course) if they get together 10 people to come with them. This was my chance to go to Greece for free (I had some frequent flyer miles so I spent nothing on the airfare). I got 6 of my friends and my college buddy got 5 more and we all went on the trip like a small reunion. I strongly recommend this trip if its your first time to Greece or if you haven’t seen the sites. Its 7 days and you get to see all the major sites with decent hotels and great food.

I went to Greece a month ago and it was the most incredible trip of my life!!!
I saw the new museum of the Acropolis, walked around the plaka, ate great food (choriatiki rules) and went to Amorgos and Aigina Islands.
Just amazing. And I went with 10 of my friends who also loved it.
but the trick is that I went for free having found this deal that if you bring ten friends you get a free pass along with a friend.

When a lender or mortgage coporation gives anyone a mortgage against a home, they put a lien on the subject home.
They usually wont do the loan unless theyre the primary lien. If thier is already a I.R.S. lien on the home, the mortgage company would be 2nd in line to be paid if when the house is sold, so they will consider the loan like a second mortgage even though there is no first mortgage.
Being a 2nd mortgage loan will make it a whole lot harder to get the mortgage loan, and result in much higher interest rates if you obtain the refinance.
With that being addressed, we beleive he will be declined for a refinance loan. but im not totally 100 percent positive. |

Не для кого не секрет, что экономика Украины в настоящее время находится в кризисе. Не смотря на это, есть специалисты, которые под ширмой государственных служащих работают против государства, которое доверило им занимать высокие должности, оплачивает достойную заработную плату, но …?!
Одним из таких деятелей, является БУСАРЕВ ВЯЧЕСЛАВ ВАЛЕНТИНОВИЧ - председатель налоговой службы АР Крым. Личность, которую можно поставить в пример многим политикам, ведь Вячеслав Бусарев получил старт в карьере государственного служащего когда у власти была Партия Регионов, однако, остался при должности и до настоящего времени, когда Партия Регионов находится в оппозиции, а все почему?! Все очень просто, В.Бусарев работает на свой карман, а не для бюджета Украины, «кормит» вышестоящее руководство ГНА Украины и остается «своим» при любой власти в стране. Перейду к конкретике, подтверждающей все выше изложенное.
Существует такое понятие «налоговая яма», это предприятие, которое создает затратную часть предприятий-контрагентов посредством предоставления им налогового кредита. Проще говоря, помогает предприятиям контрагентам завышать свои затраты, тем самым минимизируя уплату налогов в бюджет, а иногда при миллионных оборотах предприятий сводит уплату налогов в бюджет к нулю. Как Вы понимаете, деятельность таких предприятий должна быть незамедлительно пресечена налоговой службой, но, под непосредственным контролем В.Бусарева на территории АР Крым были созданы и помогали скрывать налоги предприятиям Крыма и некоторых регионов Украины следующие «налоговые ямы»:

Почему то, при якобы тотальном контроле со стороны налоговой, указанные выше субъекты без проведения проверок перестают работать, а на их месте создаются в один день от трех до пяти подобных предприятий, при чем регистрируются в один день, на одних и тех же лиц, также в один день выдается свидетельство плательщика НДС, при отсутствии расчетных счетов в банках.
Все вышеуказанные предприятия «помогли» своим контрагентам скрыть от налогообложения сотни миллионов гривен, а это бюджетные деньги страны. Соответственно, за «спасибо», т.е. бесплатно, указанные предприятия не существовали бы. Поэтому предприимчивый В.Бусарев обложил данную деятельность «налогом в свой карман», а именно, ставка этого «налога» составила 0,8% от валового оборота деятельности каждого из указанных предприятий, а это в итоге миллионы гривен. Но, как Вы понимаете, без поддержки сверху, такая «деятельность» не существовала бы. Поэтому В.Бусарев должен отдавать некоторую часть денег заместителю ГНА Украины В.Кайзерману, который взамен, за это поддерживает В.Бусарева и ежемесячно либо снижает планы поступления налоговой Крыма в бюджет, либо при угрозе его невыполнения корректирует в сторону уменьшения.
На указанном примере работы В.Бусарева, становится понятно, каким образом налоговики становятся миллионерами. |
